About Gamma
Gamma is being developed to help people understand their personal patterns of mental fatigue, using signals from wearables they already own. Gamma is in development: features, screens and integrations shown on this website are concept previews and may change.
Gamma is provided as-is for personal, informational use.
The waitlist and pilot
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place in the pilot.
- The pilot starts on Apple Watch. Other integrations are planned, without committed dates.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing nisha@gammacog.com.
Not a medical device
Gamma is not a medical device. Headroom, scores, zones and insights produced by Gamma are not a diagnosis and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not make medical decisions based on Gamma. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified clinician.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You may not share your account with anyone else.
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, including self-reported context, screener responses and connected wearable data.
Devices and connections
Gamma works with wearables you already own, starting with Apple Watch. We are not responsible for hardware defects, battery life, Bluetooth reliability, or outages and data quality from devices and services we do not make.
Our research study may use a Muse EEG headset, which we may loan to participants for the duration of their cohort as set out in their loan acknowledgment. EEG is used for research only and is not required for everyday use.
Your data
You own your raw data. You give us a licence to process it to provide the service to you and, in de-identified aggregate form, to improve the model and to publish research. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the algorithm, scrape the service, abuse the API beyond rate limits, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our content
The Gamma name, logo, website content and app designs belong to Gammacog OÜ. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except to share links to this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Gamma evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamma is provided without warranties of any kind. Gammacog OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the waitlist or the service.
