Being able to keep working doesn't always mean you're working at your best.
I was working long hours in consulting and travelling every week. I felt exhausted, struggled to think clearly and started forgetting conversations. But I kept pushing.
Only after stepping away from that environment did I begin to understand how much it had affected my health, relationships and decisions.
That experience led me to a question: could we recognise mental fatigue earlier, before it became harder to ignore?
That's where Gamma began.
AI doesn't get tired. We do.
AI can help us do more, but it doesn't remove the need to rest. Gamma is researching how to make mental fatigue and recovery easier to recognise.
Honest about what the signals can tell us.
We're testing what wearable data, cognitive tasks and daily habits can tell us about mental fatigue, and where their limits are.
The people behind Gamma.

I bring 12 years of experience across healthcare analytics and consulting, including leading large-scale digital transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients across the US at a Big Four firm.
With a bachelor's in Information Sciences and a master's in IT and Management focused on Business Intelligence, my background is in recognising patterns, spotting outliers and turning complex information into practical decisions. I'm bringing that experience to Gamma.
